Hi, I’m Meredith.

the leaders I work with often come to me stressed, overwhelmed, & wondering how to do more meaningful work. This tends to result in self-doubt, low self-confidence, playing the (self-)blame game, and a big ol’ lack of fulfillment at work.

I get it. I spent many years - especially early in my career - feeling sick to my stomach on Sunday nights in anticipation of the work week ahead. Either I wasn’t hardwired to be great at the work itself or my personal “why” didn’t align with the mission and values of the organization, or the place (culture, commute, etc.) wasn’t a fit and people (boss and colleagues) weren’t “my people.”

What I discovered is that each time, the challenge fell into one of these areas: the WHAT, the WHY, or the WHERE wasn’t a fit with my WHO - and sometimes it was a combination of all four!

These ingredients are the key considerations for busting stress, minimizing overwhelm, and showing up authentically and confidently for a greater sense of fulfillment. As a result, I created the Success to Significance Roadmap. It allowed me to replace chasing promotions and paychecks with making intentional and more conscious leadership and career decisions.

Today I use the Success to Significance Roadmap to help my leadership and career coaching clients define their who, what, why, and where to create high-energy, purpose-driven careers.

Let’s do that for you too.

My mission is to help mid-career leaders make the shift
from “hollow success” to significance.

my clients have the tools for managing stress and work from higher levels of energy, authenticity, and confidence. fulfillment at work increases!

their teams experience less conflict and better collaboration. and, they stay.

What I’m all about

After spending the first 15 years of my professional life in roles I tolerated (because I chased paychecks and promotions that my resume said I *should* love), my personal mission is to fill our workplaces with managers, leaders and teams who are ON FIRE, working and living from their strengths, values, and purpose.

I believe you should never feel like you need to leave a piece of yourself at the door to be successful. Not at work. Not anywhere. Showing up authentically and confidently are keys to significance. When you do, you’ll be more effective and happier; you can build unstoppable teams; and make more conscious decisions about your career.

I use my coaching and facilitation superpowers to help individual leaders and their teams make the shift from success to significance by unlocking their strengths, defining their purpose, leaning into their values, and looking at their 9-to-5s from new perspectives to work with higher levels of energy, more productive collaboration, less stress and greater joy!

While I love to have fun, I’m serious about getting you the results you desire. I work with mid-career professionals to define your WHO, WHAT, WHY and WHERE so you can: show up as the leader you were meant to be, land in a new role or company that fits you, and develop a collaborative team that produces excellent work together.
