First, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and building mutual trust. From this foundation, we can clarify the coaching goals that will empower you to make positive changes.

If your employer is sponsoring your coaching, we’ll loop them in at a high level to ensure your personal goals align with theirs.

With your goals defined and you pointed where you want to go, you’ll feel the heaviness starting to lift.

Assess

We’ll take a closer look at what could be holding you back, what makes you awesome, and the purpose, passion, and energy you want bring to the table.

If your employer is sponsoring your coaching, the decision to share results of assessments you’re invited to complete will be yours to make.

You’ll feel renewed hope as you recognize your strengths and that opportunities for growth are well within your reach.

Define

While each engagement is as unique as the client, we’ll likely spend time defining your:

WHO: Who you are at your core and how that shapes your perspectives, beliefs, and behaviors;
WHAT: What you do best and how to maximize your superpowers ;
WHY: Your values and purpose;
WHERE: The environment you want to create to empower your — and your team members’ — best work.

This work will provide new-found clarity of who you want to be as an authentic, influential leader.

Activate

Equipped with clarity around your who, what, why and where, we’ll find opportunities for you to test-drive it all. You’ll start to consciously choose the specific perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors you want to practice. With practice, feedback, and time, these will become your new habits, empowering you to show up as the leader you were meant to be.
